It was officially registered on May 17, 2005, with a capital of RMB 100.1 million. It is a strategic partner of ATSE(Alliance to save energy) in China. Through the advanced heat pump energy saving technology provided by ATSE of the United States and combined with the deep research and development of Tianjin Institute of thermal energy, it holds the main brand "RMRB heat pump" (RMRB). It has set up production bases and research and development centers ( R&D ) in Guangzhou and Tianjin respectively, which are mainly responsible for the R&D and manufacturing of RMRB heat pump series products and product sales in China. ATSE of the United States is responsible for product sales in the international market.
