What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack the heat pump in brown cartons or plywood. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the heat pump in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

We are glad to provide one free sample for quality and performance testing. But please understand this sample needs to be paid first, and then deducted in the subsequent order.

How long is the guarantee time?
2 years warranty on the whole unit. The spare parts must be non-humanly damaged, usually we give to customer 1% spare parts free of charge for maintenance according to order cost during the warranty period.
